Traditional springerle type “kvircedli” cookies recipe and hand carved 4-sided wooden molds from Mór, Western Hungary. The delicious honey dough was pressed into the carved molds and baked. Each carving was so beautiful, that the cakes did not need any other decoration but we tried a little gold leaf – just for fun!
