Founded in 1993 by four expat women, IWCT has grown into a warm and welcoming community of around 30 members representing a wide range of nationalities. As members come and go, our community continues to evolve — bringing fresh perspectives and lasting friendships.

We create a supportive environment where women new to Estonia can quickly feel at home, build connections, and find their place. We also encourage our members to discover and enjoy Estonian culture, traditions, and history through shared experiences and local connections.

Alongside our social activities, we actively organise fundraising initiatives supporting women’s and children’s charities across Estonia — giving back to the community we are proud to call home.
